Vigora comes in the form of a 100 mg pill which should be taken orally with a glass of water. This medicine should be taken at least an hour before any sexual activity. Vigora is not recommended for people who take nitrates as it may cause a sudden rise or dip in blood pressure.

Nitrates like amyl nitrate, isosorbide dinitrate, isosorbide mononitrate, Methscopolamine nitrate, Nitroprusside etc.
Cisapride.
Certain drugs prescribed for liver infections.
Certain drugs used to control blood pressure.
Antibiotics like erythromycin, clarithromycin, troleandomycin, etc.
Certain drugs used to treat fungal or yeast infections like fluconazole, itraconazole, ketoconazole, voriconazole.
Certain drugs used to control seizures like carbamazepine, phenytoin, and phenobarbital.
It is advisable to inform your health care provider about any drug or dietary supplement you may be using at the time.
There is a possibility of this drug interacting with certain recreational drugs and alcohol, so avoid them.
